QuietKat, founded in 2012 by twin brothers Jake and Justin Roach, is the #1 hunt, fish and overland premium electric bike brand on the planet. Our rugged all-terrain eBikes were originally designed to elevate the backcountry experience by replacing traditional ATVs and combustion-powered vehicles with a nimble, quiet, and efficient alternative.
We're growing quickly and looking for passionate outdoor enthusiasts to take our company to the next level. QuietKat is strategically located in Eagle, Colorado, home to legendary powder days, endless MTB trails, and award-winning trout streams.

The QuietKat Customer Experience Representative is our customers’ first resource for order questions, trouble shooting, and feedback. This important position works to share information and problem solve, partnering with others across the QuietKat team. You'll connect with customers via phone and email, providing excellent service and responding inquiries related to orders, parts, technical issues, and more. Using technology to stay organized, ensure follow up, provide solutions, respond accurately, and communicate with other QuietKat team members is an essential part of this role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated ability to respond to customers with positivity, kindness, urgency, and accuracy
- Proven ability to stay highly organized, prioritize effectively, and multitask
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Bike tech experience a plus, but not required
- Experience working in NetSuite and Hubspot or similar systems a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
The range for this position is $17.00-$21.49 an hour, depending on skills and experience.
