Basic Job Duties*

  • Deliver fantastic customer service.
  • Conduct routine bank teller transactions
  • Assist customers with a variety of account opening needs
  • Direct Customers to the right Consumer Lending products
  • Become a banking product expert who advises customers on what they need to enhance their financial lives.
  • Learn the importance of regulatory compliance through easy, online learning.
  • Learn and perform other operational duties within the store.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma / GED.
  • Prior customer service or cash handling helpful, but not required.
  • You enjoy providing excellent customer service.
  • You have strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  • You possess an aptitude for numbers.
  • Possess good basic computer skills.
  • You like being accurate and paying attention to details.
  • Prioritizing tasks to stay organized is important to you.
  • You appreciate the importance of maintaining confidential customer and bank information in a responsible and secure manner.
