We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our skilled team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Providing accurate information about our products and services
Handling customer complaints and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintaining customer records and updating account information
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Working collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues
Meeting or exceeding customer service metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
