Our growing customer service department seeks a candidate who canefficiently and quickly complete the following:
  • Respond to or forward incoming faxes.
  • Respond to or forward incoming e-mails.
  • Respond to voice messages within 24 hours and update telephone log with request and response.
  • Assist in resolving account discrepancies and communicating resolution to parties involved.
  • Assist with special projects
Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word skills. Must be able to complete tasks and basic correspondence with minimal supervision at a fast pace. Must be able to analyze facts and make logical conclusions.
