Responsibilities

· Create a positive impression on customers over the phone

· Successfully pivot to additional State Farm products

· Identify and fulfill customer needs as they arise

· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements/Skills

· Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

· Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

· Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

· Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotes preferred

· Property and Casualty license (must have)

· Life and Health license (must have)

· Prior State Farm experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
