Customer Service Representative – Full-Time or Part-Time
Are you ready to love your job again? Then Inver Grove Heights Animal Hospital is the right place for you. We are a busy veterinary hospital looking to add an experienced full or part time Customer Service Representative to our team. Our fast paced environment requires the ability to multi task easily and pay close attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:

• handling phones
• greeting clients and pets
• scheduling appointments
• patient administration
• computer
• handling check-out and payments
• working closely with our great team
• supporting our excellent veterinarians and technical staff.

The ideal person for this position will have worked in a veterinary clinic before and enjoys working with the public as well as animals.
We’re seeking a candidate who is excited with the prospect of learning more about the veterinary world, has excellent customer service skills, is a team player, a self-starter and is always willing to pitch in to get the job done.
Our CSR will be scheduled to work a 30-40 hour work week, available to work a variety of days including two Saturday's per month.

Job Type:

• Full time – 30-40 hours/week including 2 Saturdays per month

Previous experience:

• One or more years’ experience as Receptionist or in an administrative/customer service role required
• One or more years’ experience in the veterinary field preferred
• Computer skills in an office setting

Required education:

• High school or equivalent; additional education a plus
