You will work alongside the Manager, Sales Representatives, Designers, and Warehouse team members to provide our customers with an exceptional experience by answering calls, resolving customer concerns, keeping the showroom customer-ready, and some reporting items.

Qualifications and Skills of a Customer Service Representative

• Exceptional customer service skills – in person talking with clients and over the phone
• Efficient and clear communicator – you will be working with internal and external clients
• Attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve
• Microsoft Office experience and ability to quickly learn computer programs
• Clean cut appearance
