Customer Service Representative consists of answering the phone and giving great customer service to our customers.

Accountabilities
· Communicating with customers on the phone
· Maintain customer relationships
· Ensure customers order the correct products
· Issue and track sale orders for orders and dropships
Tasks
· Communicate through phone lines, chats, and emails
· Enter orders
· Communicate with other departments
· Handle customer returns
Skills
· Highly organized; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong communication skills, (written, speaking and listening)
· Be able to understand mechanical things
· Project management
· Attention to Details
· Understand up-sales and cross-sales for the customer
· Sales experience a plus but not required
· Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
