Job Description
We are searching for a dedicated and passionate Customer Service representative who is ready to join a company that is currently building strong momentum and growth. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the overall scheduling of Olympic's Service Department as well as assisting the Service Manager and Division Service Manager. It is crucial that the candidate thrives in our entrepreneurial company culture where change is constant, growth is immense, and opportunities abound.

Essential Responsibilities
- Generate Service quotes in conjunction with Field Technicians, Vendors and management, in our Quick Books accounting program.

- Generate estimates , sales orders, and packing slips on QuickBooks for part orders.

- Follow up with manufacturers with order information, such as but not limited pending quotes, tracking, shipment dates, return authorization forms and processes.

- Assist in the everyday task with incoming calls and service arrangements.

- Communicate directly with our customers regarding our technician's schedule and resolve or direct any problems to proper departments such as Accounting, Service Tech's, Sales and Management.

- Manage inventory of parts to proper quantity.

- Process in - house orders by creating work order, generating sales order and shipping labels, scheduling pick ups and arranging will call.

- Match packing lists to invoices and submit to accounting.

- Generate estimates for parts.

- Answer and direct phone calls

Minimum Qualifications

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

-Excellent oral, written communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills

- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines given

Desired Qualifications

- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience

- Strong Organizational Skills

- Quick Book Knowledge a plus
