Customer Service Representative

$20.00-$22.00 per hour

Customer Service Representative position is M-F, 730am-430pm Full-Time in Fairfax, Va

Seeking Customer Service Representatives with 2+ years experience in a high touch Call Center to join our thriving team.

We need experienced Customer Service Representatives to help support our fast growing business.

TOP 4 skills/experience we are seeking;
"phone/call center type experience is HUGE",
"solid baseline experience MS office, especially excel",
"familiarity working in an office environment",
"BS degree (recent grad) or HS grad with 2+ years office environment",
"EE's with experience in scheduling (ie - trades hvac/electric/etc - is huge win". candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Great Computer skills (MS Office & Google Suite) and Phone skills (call center like experience) are paramount.

Recent College Grads with prior service office experience encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time position. Wage will be aggressive and commensurate with experience.
