Basic Job Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative is accountable for the effective and efficient handling of all order fulfillment activities, including responding to questions, processing orders and expediting as necessary. Possibly help Customer Service in Montreal, Quebec.

This position requires strong attention to detail; must have a cooperative attitude, good communication skills and the ability to multi-task.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders accurately into Dynamics NAV ERP order entry system.
  • Communicate with customers via telephone, letter, email and or fax on matters concerning order status, pricing, claims process, availability of stock, and product information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Acts as a liaison between customers and Renin by communicating with different departments inside the company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or consumer durable goods environment in a similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 ERP, SPS Commerce EDI platform or experience with similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Basic financial and analytical skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in French a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
