Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be receiving inbound calls from new and existing customers. You will enhance your communication skills, create a positive customer experience for clients, and become an expert in our products and services.

Qualifications:

• 3+ months of call center customer service experience
• Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer Relations: You interact with others professionally and empathetically
• Work Ethic: You are a team player and have a positive work ethic

What to Expect:

• You will receive inbound calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests (scheduling, billing inquiries, service concerns, general questions)
• You will respond to customer inquiries with clarity and knowledge of Saela products and services
• You will accurately record customer information and interactions in a Customer Relationship Management software
• You will communicate with various departments, including servicing technicians, regarding customer concerns
• You will demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers with a high level of professionalism
