Customer Service Representative
Job description
Signs365 is looking for an experience Customer Service Representative to join our CS team. This candidate will be the face of Signs365, providing an exceptional experience to our customers over the phone and online chat.
SHIFT
- Sunday - Thursday (3:30p - 12:00a)
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Answer inbound calls and work with customers through live chat
- Respond to emails from current and inquiring customers
- Work independently as well as in a group
- Engage with customers and package delivery company on a daily basis
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Excellent Problem Solving skills
- Excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Graphics/Photoshop experience a plus
- Signs industry experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
