DPI client in Plymouth is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative, that has experience in order entry for manufacturing.This is a great company to work for, they are employee orientated and with possibilities of advancement.
- Process orders in ERP software system efficiently and accurately
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledge all orders back to customers in a timely fashion
- Communicates back to customers in a timely manner regarding the progress of orders, quotes, and other information required.
- Answer customer phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
8 am – 5 pm
$20 to $22 per hour
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- REQUIRED: Must have experience in manufacturing
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Experience working in customer support
- Comfortable with use of computers
