Customer Service Representative

Location: Totowa, NJ Pay

Rate: $20 - $21 per hour DOE

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday from 11:00am-7:00pm (onsite) Saturday from 9:00-5:30pm (remote/work from home)

We currently have an outstanding career opportunity with a leader in the Cosmetics industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries by email, chat, and phone via Zendesk
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources
• Manage customer accounts Keep records of and follow up on customer interactions/transactions
• Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong data and communication skills
• Experience with CRM system
