Job Position: Customer Service Representative (Onsite)

SUMMARY:

CET Group is a leading manufacturer of Copier and Printer supplies in the office automation industry. Our US branch is responsible for sales and distribution of our products into North and South American market.

The position of Customer Service Representative we are looking for is primary to assist the sales team with placement of orders, and all aspects of customer relations and daily activities such as replying to any inquiry and quote requests from customers, delivering invoices and tracking information as needed, and resolve customer complaints.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties (but not limited to):

  • Serves customers by providing product and service information;
  • Resolving product and service problems, and customer’s complaints
  • Assists sales team to maintain existing accounts by helping customers with quotations, completing the order process and handling all aspects of customer relations and services;
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Represents CET in a positive and professional manner by working with all personnel and outside contacts;
  • Helps sales team to achieve company goals by building customer relationship and exceeding their expectations;
  • Constantly obtains updated knowledge about products, market and competition;
  • Assists Sales teams with specific product promotions
  • Interacts with customers in order to get familiar with their different practices and preferences;
  • Provide feedback to sales team as needed to ensure strategical planning and opportunities;
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in CRM.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
