Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in customer service

• Financial services experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge in a swiftly changing environment

• Extreme reliability and adaptability

• Effective worker both independently and on a team

• Exceptional focus on providing individualized customer support

• Multitasking capabilities, both physical and technological

• Willingness to evolve and grow alongside the company

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound phone/email/ support for existing and new clients

• Provide OUTSTANDING customer service to ensure complete satisfaction

• Resolve client inquiries and issues regarding our services and products

• Adhere to operational and compliance procedures

• Complete assigned operational tasks within targeted service level

• Maintain high levels of schedule adherence and utilization

• Maintain high attendance standards

• Implement coaching and feedback to improve contact quality

• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities, such as handling mailed communications
