Details for the Customer Service Representative:
  • Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour (bonus opportunities available!)
  • Hours of Operation: 6:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday-Sunday
  • Direct Hire!

Job Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
  • Assist with all inbound calls for existing and new customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction using outstanding communication skills
  • Provide top-notch customer service…be a customer service star!
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • 1 year of sales experience preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Must be available to work on Saturdays
