Job description

This position will provide front end customer support to the Veteran office. The duties would include, advising of FA and veteran information to the general public, students and staff. Independently resolves client/customer problems by identifying the issues, accessing services and agency specific web tools, applications and/or online systems. Determines procedural steps necessary to bring resolution, works with program staff to implement resolution and communicates results to the client/customer. Will provide services via phone, email, in-person and zoom. Will use computer applications to advise individuals, track documents and make appropriate updates to student records. Will assist Program Specialists with various task as needed.

· Provide front line customer service to general public, students and college staff. Services may be a combination of answering phones, emails, in-person interactions, chat and zoom. Assist students and parents in completing various forms and applications.

· Provide administrative support such as completing general intake forms for veteran students, preparing spreadsheets, reviewing forms for accuracy, manage student profiles and maintain data integrity, assist in document preparation of routine audits.

· Mail collection, document sorting, document imaging. Organize and determine office supplies, flyers, general information to the public.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,812.00 - $46,980.00 per year
