Responsibilities:

• Provide management and support services in a post-production data analytics environment with a focus on Tableau and Data Visualizations (in an AWS Cloud environment)
• Help drive the development and implementation of data visualization solutions which inform, influence, and support business decisions for internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee and ensure responses to all incoming support-related incidents/requests (across phone calls, emails, helpdesk, etc.)
• Serve as the technical point of escalation for all support-related Operations & Activities
• Manage and mentor other O&M team members to ensure a high level of response and user satisfaction while incorporating ITIL-based practices in the sustainment model
• Develop and enforce best practices and alignment with technical partners such as engineering, data analyst, and research
• Help lead the team that is responsible for data analytics and visualization
• Help ensure the project team is providing high-quality deliverables on time
• Coordinate and collaborate with the integrated project team to ensure client success

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience
• Possess a deep understanding of Tableau’s Desktop/frontend products and how they integrate with other Data Analytics solutions in an AWS Cloud environment
• Experience working with CMS business owners, data, and systems
• Knowledge of various analytic tools and user interfaces
• Understanding of health equality preferred
• Bachelors
• Tableau certifications preferred (Desktop, Certified Associate, or Advanced Desktop Certified Professional)
