Responsibilities:
- Understanding of the fundamentals of Lark products and how they should be leveraged to solve business challenges
- Working closely with Lark's Account Executives and Solution Engineers(SEs), our Customer Success Managers(CSMs) help existing customers improve their use of Lark or uncover new uses cases for Lark
- Work with Account Executives and SEs on pilot engagements to set up a customer for long term success
- Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers' needs first
- Guide and coach customers with a proactive customer success path
- Work with customers to discover and understand their needs to help them develop a tailored Lark onboarding process
- Coach customers to be product specialists and train their teams on Lark so they become increasingly self sufficient
- Adapt existing customer onboarding assets and work with product marketing to refine them over time
- Help drive customer references and case studies
- Contribute to the success of a rapidly growing and evolving Customer Success organization
- Act as a liaison between Product, Marketing and Sales, sharing customer feedback to help craft the product roadmap
- Final year or recent graduate with MBA
- Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
- Excellent computer skills - must be proficient in collaboration software programs
- Well organized/Enjoy problem solving
- Strong presentation skills to both business and technical audiences
- Ability to solve problems with varying degrees of difficulty
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience analyzing data and generating data-backed insight to support decision-making
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and using project management tools
