What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

• In a team environment you’ll manage customer satisfaction – including customer service/support; logistics; order entry; quoting; and sales order prioritization
• Answer inbound calls from customers
• Handle all order entry and track shipping from dock to customer
• Enter repair management orders; track, monitor, send repair status updates, issue repair quotes, and facilitate the return of customers’ part to the customer or provide an exchange unit

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• 1st Shift - Monday-Friday - 8:00AM - 5:00PM
• 3rd Shift - Monday- Friday - 12:00AM - 8:00AM
• High School Diploma or Equivalent – Required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products - Required
• Knowledge of SAP and CRMS - Preferred
