We are looking for some collaborative, self-starter types to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist! This role is responsible for assisting our customers, advocates, and wider Green Compass community with the intention to help everyone achieve success!

During a typical day in this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with our Corporate team onsite at the HQ in Wilmington, NC.

• Answer inquiries and implement creative solutions.

• Engage with customers and Independent Advocates through our online platform.

• Address questions and concerns over the phone.

• Collaborate with your teammates to develop solutions that are both effective and unique.

• Bring your best self to the table and help establish new strategies that strengthen our winning team even further.

Responsibilities –

• Answer incoming calls and provide the highest level of customer service.

• Reply to emails in a friendly, timely, and accurate manner.

• Assist customers and advocates with a wide variety of questions regarding our product and systems.

• Troubleshoot a wide variety of inquiries while building relationships with our advocates and customers.

Qualifications –

• Effective communication; both written and verbal.

• Ability to multi-task while ensuring to be detail oriented.

• Proficient computer skills, and ability to learn new software.

• Ability to work successfully in both an at home and in person environment.

• Flexibility to work 40 hours, distributed amongst Monday – Friday business hours, as well as occasional nights; Saturday availability needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
