Cyber Operations Analyst
(TS/SCI and Full Scope Polygraph Required)

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) has an immediate opening for a Cyber Operations Analyst to join a collaborative, dynamic team in a mission-focused environment. You will support the analysis, security threats and develop tactics, techniques and processes to mitigate potential security concerns. You should have detailed knowledge of how the internet works, interactions between browsers and websites, digital footprints, commercial messaging applications and their capabilities, adversary tactics, and trends. You will be asked to work directly with operational teams to address and mitigate technical challenges to achieve operational objectives. Additionally, you will also be asked to provide subject matter expertise to training, collaborate with instructional designers, and present technical training modules as a subject matter expert. You should also possess the ability to work as part of a dynamic team and thrive when learning new technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• 10 + years experience working in Information Technology, Security, or Cyber related field
• 5+ years of experience providing direct technical support to the field
• Proficient understanding of VPS, VPN and VPC
• Proficient understanding of encryption
• Competency in one or more of the following: Management of Virtual Machines/Environments, Virtual Box, Forensics (Computer, Network or Memory)Understanding of Commercial Messaging Applications and capabilities
• Experience with Wireshark, Network Miner, burp Suite, Encase, Guidance Software, PGP, GPGCloud-based infrastructureLinux, Android, Windows and/or OS Internals and system administration functions
• Willing to travel OCONUS 2 weeks, 2-3 times a year and local travel in WMA

Desired Qualifications

• Field experience supporting technical operations
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to a non-technical audience in a training environment
• Ability to provide professional documentation on technical topics and procedures for training use (content, lesson plans, assessments)

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
