Job Summary:

Cybersecurity Engineer (Lead) for the Sharepoint/CRM team at the DISA/JSP providing shared services across all of DISA on both NIPRNET and SIPRNET needed in Crystal City, VA (Arlington)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Cyber team and SharePoint/CRM Service Partners to ensure all SharePoint and CRM farms meet security compliance requirements
• Ensure vulnerabilities are resolved within timely manner so that the Risk and Compliance scores are not impacted
• Guide the team through the RMF process ensuring that all required artifacts are completed based on the project schedule to ensure all ATOs remain active
• Update required RMF documentation including: Design documentation, System Security Categorization, POAMs, etc.
• Oversee patching efforts and help as needed
• Work closely with assigned Cyber ISSO to ensure eMASS and other cyber tools are up to date for the SharePoint and CRM packages
• Ensure the team is up-to-date on STIGS and complete checklists as needed
• Support STIGGing efforts across the Team
• Coach other more junior team members on how to resolve issues in the environment
• Ensure system availability of SharePoint 2013 & 2019 and CRM on premise test, staging and production farms by providing operations and maintenance support
• Incident and problem tickets management for SharePoint 2013 and Dynamics CRM 2019 environments. Ensure incidents and problems from all users are resolved quickly, completely and to the satisfaction of the customer
• Maintain platform infrastructure in accordance with Microsoft recommended best practices while also considering the customers unique requirements
• Adhere to established infrastructure standards, policies, best practices and procedures related to the support and operations of our SharePoint and Dynamics CRM environment
• Collaborate with members of the SharePoint Analyst Team, Project Managers, and other technical service partners to deliver SharePoint solutions that surpass client expectations
• Coordinate with Service Partners such as Server Operations, Cyber Security, and Database Teams to ensure SharePoint & CRM farms remain operational
