D365 CRM Power Platform Technical Lead
Job description
# Responsible for planning, designing and development of Power Platform solutions - Power Apps, Power Portals, Power Automate, Power BI .
# Develop apps using Power Platform. Develop PowerApps Canvas and model-driven apps.
# Create flows using Power Automate to automate business process.
# Work on D365 CRM - Plugin Development, Workflows, Form Customizations and Ribbon Customization
# Understand the business requirements and recommend suitable technology solution.
# Translate functional specifications into technical specifications.
# Diagnose technical challenges by troubleshooting, analyzing logs, code, data, and supporting tec hnical documentation.
# Collaborate with business team, developers, and QA team. Manage stakeholder communications, Weekly Status Reviews & Monthly Status Reviews.
# Coordinate with offshore team.
# Guide team with technical designs.
# Implement Powe r BI dashboards and reports using multiple data sources.
# Participate in peer reviews.
# Must have knowledge on GIT & DevOps, must be aware of CheckIn-Checkout, CI CD.
# Experience working with web designers and converting designs to visual experience.
Required Skills:
# 12 years of IT experience with at least 8 years of experience in Power platform.
# 8 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 applications - Sales, Marketing and customer service modules
# Hands-on experience with Power Platform technical solutions.
# Must be Microsoft Certified Power Platform developer and Microsoft Certified Dynamics CRM.
# Hands-on knowledge of using wide variety of connectors (Dataverse, SQL server etc.) in Power automate.
# Core Skills: D365 CRM, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, ETL, ADF.
# Experience using C#, SQL, Azure Functions, Logic Apps.
# Experience using JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, HTML5 and CSS3.
# Experience in design, application development, software engineering.
# Understanding of low code, no code solutions.
# Good to have Power BI knowledge
# Good Communication Skills.
# Must be Microsoft Certified Power Platform developer and Microsoft Certified Dynamics CRM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
