Encadria is currently recruiting for a high level data entry specialist to develop, cleanse and harmonize a catalog of the company's global MRO inventory. In this role you will define the item, details on the item and the usage for cross company tracking.

This role is estimated to last 18 months, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm- with flexibility.

This is a remote position, but ideally the employees would be located in the Carleton area.

Position details:

• Develop and refine data elements to create and enrich a globally standardized item master inventory

– Partner with Reliability core team of EAM Transformation to align data with our data quality vision to drive value

Apply the enrichment and refinements to the EAM environments

– Excellent knowledge of MRO inventory items and their attributes to apply a globally standard for short and long description for all parts existing in the Infor Enterprise Asset Management system.

• Background in maintenance, reliability, or engineering required

– Thorough research and refinement of global data to align with Guardian standard of NOUN, MODIFIER, ATTRIBUTES.

– Responsible for enrichment of roughly 6,000-10,000 short and long descriptions per plant across 25 glass plants globally

• Includes collaboration with site teams globally where plant specific knowledge is required to achieve data standards

• Owning specific data elements to ensure accurate and timely completion required to achieve defined go-live dates
