Description:

This position is responsible for the collection, reporting, and submission of data to appropriate entities according to regulatory and grant based requirements. This position will have a primary role of supporting the data requirements of agency grants including understanding of data entry, collection, workflow, and reporting to support increased compliance to requirements through process optimization efforts.

This position is Monday - Friday core hours

What you will do, but not limited to:

  • Review grant data elements and identify entry points within clinical applications to capture and report to necessary stakeholders
  • Assist in workflow development to promote successful entry of required data elements in clinical applications
  • Work closely with internal entities to create, optimize, and monitor clinical workflows to meet grant requirements
  • Work with analytics team to build reports that capture necessary data points in required format
  • Review reporting tools to ensure and optimize compliance of grant goals
  • Report data metrics to internal and external stakeholders as necessary

Requirements:
  • 2+ years medical field EHR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field, preferred
  • Moderate+ Microsoft Excel & NextGen applications and reporting tools
  • Candidate should be able to collect, analyze, manipulate, and report data and provide clear understanding and communication of provided information
  • Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel locally as needed
