As a participant in our Digital Career Acceleration Program (DCAP), you will take part in a one-year program focused on developing your skills in digital technologies. You will be part of a world-renowned team support our Fortune 500 clients. Being a DCAP Member means you will grow skills in critical domains to serve our customers and internal initiatives. You can expect:
- A one-year development plan (i.e. – initial bootcamp with related work assignments) focusing on a primary discipline and supplemental training in several other disciplines
- We will have you work on assignments building your experience in a variety of skills areas, including; Full- Stack development, Cloud, Data, and products like Salesforce, Mosaic, Duck Creek, etc.
- These assignments will provide you an opportunity to leverage your experience and exposure to modern engineering practices and Agile ways of working
- You will work content that will have business impact across one or more industry verticals such as healthcare, insurance, manufacturing and entertainment
- We will provide you a strong peer and cohort community to support learning and development.
- This community will provide you active coaching with an assigned mentor and exposure to leaders at all levels
As a DCAP Associate you will:
- You will understand and elicit business and customer requirements and develop technical specifications including technical gap identification.
- You will design, develop, and maintain software programs (coding) based on the technical specification.
- Using your skills, you will perform software debugging and maintain software documentation.
- You will integrate and interface various software components into a fully functional software system.
- We will expect you to gather test requirements and develop software verification plans, test cases, use cases, and checklists.
- Leveraging your experience, you will perform unit integration and system testing based on specification and test cases and comply with quality assurance processes, standards, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- You will be responsible for the release software dumps and patches to customers
- You will tailor and deploy software tools, frameworks, processes, and metrics
- Using your people skills, you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (customer, management, project team, support team, vendors, etc.)

Technical Skills you Bring:
Must Haves:
- Must have data modelling experience (conceptual, logical, physical)
- Must have SQL writing skills
- Must understand data architecture design & architecture principles
- Must understand data warehouse design principles
- Must understand data management concepts including data governance and security
- Must understand data ingestion (ETL) design and architecture principles
Nice to Haves:
- Experience writing code in Python/Java.
- Take ownership of technical solutions from design and architecture perspective for projects.
- Assist with production process definition, optimization, and implementation.
- Good exposure to performance tuning
- Experience with Cloud Platform Architecture (i.e. Azure, AWS, etc)
