Job description
Receive, audit, capture and deliver documentation to carriers for importing shipments in a timely manner.
- Receive the documentation to the transporters of the export shipments for the distribution of material in the US.
- Capture the data of the documentation received with each shipment in the inventory control system in the warehouse. (Packing list, Bill of Landing, Inbonds)
- Audit the documentation delivered by the Customer Service staff for the correct delivery to the carriers at importation.
- Print the labels corresponding to each merchandise generated file for the control and identification in the warehouse for its correct importation.
- Check that the files generated by the client comply with the complete documentation, are uploaded to the Slam Digital system once certified and are delivered to the assigned Customer Service area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
