Data Entry Specialist I - TS/SCI with FSP required no exceptions
Job description
EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST I in Bethesda, MD.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generating tracking, metrics and productivity reports for distribution as requested by the Data Entry Specialist II.
- Data entry into the CMMS system.
- Updating equipment, machinery, structural and systems data into the CMMS
- Monitor and update the work order and PM program database.
- Tracking and filing projects.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with FSP is required, no exceptions.
- Must possess the ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
- Two (2) or more years of Office experience and data entry.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems, (ARCHIBUS) preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting, eye strain.
