Day Program Manager
Up to $52,000/year
Full-Time, Mercer County, NJ
The ideal candidate must have experience working with individuals with disabilities including those with medical and behavioral/mental health challenges.
Who We Need:
The Day Program Manager reports to the Director of Day Services and will oversee the administration, development, implementation, and overall management of one of our Medical, Behavioral, or Community Day Programs. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): managing a team of professionals, implementing program policies/goals, ensuring community inclusion, and fostering relationships with families.
.What We Need:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience working in the Adult Day Program Field
- A minimum of 3 years managing staff, preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
What You Need:
- Valid driver's license (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years)
- Under NJ Executive order #283 must be vaccinated against COVID-19, with booster shots (based on CDC eligibility), and provide proof of vaccination.
