Work-Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert knowledge and support for key initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Inspiring leader that serves as an advisor and key partner to Chief Diversity Officer
  • Develop leading edge ideas and content to evolve a global DEI strategy in alignment with the expectations of key partners
  • Drive goal attainment through effective program management by clearly defining project plans and managing implementation activities
  • Define key performance indicators by developing metrics aligned with DEI strategy and strategic objectives
  • Track progress against the strategy while focusing on implementation, proactively identifying trends, and recommending actions
  • Staying abreast of DEI standard methodologies, within and outside our industry, you will work to continuously improve business practices for creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce/workplace
  • Representing Broadridge externally as a DEI practitioner, supporting brand and strategy; measuring DEI outcomes for continuous improvement and results
  • Partner with Associate Networks (Employee Resource Groups), Human Resource and Business Partners, and Volunteer Councils to promote standard methodologies, drive initiatives, and integrate DEI across the workforce, workplace, and marketplace
  • Establish and build balanced partnerships with external organizations to promote DEI, support strategy, and obtain recognition for Broadridge as a market leader through its DEI practices
  • Use deep experience with change management, acting as a change agent, influencing, and supporting the culture, values, and standards to facilitate the attainment of business goals.
  • Review current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder the company’s diversity goals.
  • Compose presentations, documentations, and communications necessary for organizational alignment, implementation, business support, and executive agreement
  • Use a variety of analytical techniques and tools to create compelling presentations to illustrate progress and drive actions for continued improvement
  • Research external organizations to strategically partner with on training, technology, community engagement, and philanthropy to further our cause
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience creating and effectively executing a DEI strategy, including roadmap design to drive incremental progress toward short- and long-term goals
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education/experience
  • Demonstrated experience articulating a vision, translating it into executable strategy, and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan
  • Keen understanding of multiple cultural frameworks, values, and norms with the ability to adjust styles when faced with myriad culture dimensions
  • Deep understanding of societal systems of bias, and ability to apply this knowledge to invent, evolve, improve, and simplify processes
  • Experience with aligning business practices with key performance indicators
  • Operational excellence, project management skillset, and execution-oriented
  • Ability to influence, develop, and empower leaders and associates across various businesses, cultures, and geographical locations
  • Experience building programs that drive engagement and build reputation
  • A culture advocate who can balance governance and decision-making ability with the ability to think creatively and manage competing priorities
