• ALIGN PRECISION in Tempe Arizona is looking for an Experienced Precision Deburr Technician for our Day Shift
• This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Deburring high end aerospace machine components using a variety of air and mechanical driven hand tools, wheels, abrasives, and tumblers.

• Read blueprints, sketches, travelers, and instructions.
• Inspect Deburred components per blueprint, sketch, or verbal instructions to ensure they comply to customer and company specifications.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate Deburring functions.
• Accurately track time and counts of completed components.
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate well in a team environment.

• Ability to maintain a clean work environment and demonstrate good housekeeping.

Qualifications:

• Safety oriented
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Hand Finishing: 5 years (Preferred)
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to read and interpret Blueprints that support the Aerospace Industry.
• Motivated self-starter.

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent eye to hand coordination.
