Title: Patrol Driver (Unarmed)

Shift: Successful candidates might be scheduled to work overnights, and MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SOME WEEKEND HOURS

Full Job Description

Community service officers perform duties in a variety of settings. Some of the properties serviced include apartment communities, HOAs, hotels, construction sites, retail locations, commercial properties, and other businesses. All officers are expected to patrol and inspect all assigned areas and write periodic, informative reports for each property while on site. Officers must objectively evaluate the nature and severity of any given situation and act accordingly.

Officers assigned to roving patrols drive highly visible, well-equipped SUVs. Signal88 Security has installed state-of-the-art technology in all vehicles. This includes GPS tracking along with internet access to facilitate real-time reporting. At dedicated (non-driving) sites, security officers provide a highly visible presence. Requirements

● 18 years of age or older

● High school diploma or GED

● Reliable transportation to work

● Able and willing to stand/climb/walk for long periods

● Able and willing to work in all kinds of weather indoor and/or outdoor

● Able and willing to work nights and weekends

● Must be able to pass a background investigation

● Have a valid driver license and clean driving record if considered for vehicle patrol
