As a Delivery Associate, our drivers deliver packages to homes, retail locations, and other locations. We provide our drivers a safe, reliable, comfortable van using the latest technology to locate and deliver packages. Shifts:

• Available Sunday-Saturday
• Morning (9:15 AM Start Time)

Compensation $17-18/hr:

• $1,360 Bi-Weekly
• $25.50/hr OVERTIME RATE
• Bonus incentives

General Responsibilities:

• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
• Follow up on customer requests or problems with solution-oriented approach. Keep the customer informed of delivery progress.
• Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles and be capable to troubleshoot data glitches.
• Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times.
• Assist in training other team members.
• Where appropriate, carry out duties or activities at the delivery station.
• Understand roads and land navigation through GPS, Maps or other available navigation tools.

Job Requirements (performed with or without reasonable accommodation):

• Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours a week in any and all weather conditions.
• Ability to operate and navigate a 10,000-pound van.
• Ability to effectively operate a GPS.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 70 pounds each.
• Capable of moving up and down stairs (required depending on customer scenario).
• Able to exit and enter / climb in and out of a vehicle (Cargo van) around 90 to120 times in a daily shift.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs boxes.

Basic Job Qualifications:

• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Minimum 1-2 years driving or physical labor experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Pass a motor vehicle record check as determined by Advance Carrier Services LLC and its affiliation to be eligible to serve as a driver. Good Driving Record.
• Submit to a five-panel drug test administered by a Lab or a third-party vendor. NO Marijuana (smoked or edible).
• Must be able to work for periods of 10 hours or longer; four consecutive days at the time. 40-hour work weeks. Overtime is available.
• Must be a USA Citizen or have a valid and Active Working Visa.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Prior professional driving experience.
• Excellent attention to detail with a skill set to problem solve independently.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude.
• Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
