The Wisdom Teeth Guys is looking for a dynamic individual to manage a mobile oral surgery team across 5 locations along the Wasatch Front in Utah!

Wisdom Teeth Guys is a premier provider of wisdom teeth removal in Utah!

We have more 5 star reviews in Utah than any other wisdom teeth removal provider (1400 and counting)!

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all day to day operations of surgery days.

• Managing a team of 4 oral surgery assistants and 2 assistant managers.

• Managing schedules and communicating protocols with our CRNA’s regarding sedation.

• Calling patients/parents prior to surgery day and conducting pre-op calls.

• Posting patients' treatments to the ledger.

• Taking payment & greeting patients.

• Ensuring the surgery team stays on schedule.

• Managing relationships with our doctors.

• Managing instrument & supply order processes.

• Managing handpieces, crash carts, oxygen and other equipment.

• Train new surgery assistants on our processes & X-ray machines.

• Make sure things run smoothly from front to back.

Ideal candidates will have substantial oral surgery experience ideally both front office and back. Must have a passion for wisdom teeth removal and great people skills!

This is probably unlike any other oral surgery or dental job you may have ever had. If you are ready and capable of taking on a lot of responsibility, not afraid of long hours and enjoy a challenge this might be the right position for you!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
