Job Summary:
As Anterior & Complex Case Specialists, we are committed to building the company brand while delivery high-quality products to our dental customers and their patients. The Lead Technical Contact is responsible for working closely with dentists and an internal technical team to ensure overall customer satisfaction. This position will be the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of accounts with the responsibility of retaining and growing sales.
Responsibilities, Duties, and Essential Functions:
- Communicate effectively with assigned accounts to maintain and build relationships
- Increase existing customer sales while also growing new accounts sales
- Work towards proficient technical knowledge to comfortably field technical questions from customers
- Collect product and service feedback from customers and relay information to leadership to enhance product offerings
- Utilize CRM software to document communication with assigned accounts
- Work closely with a team of technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and to address and resolve any concerns, focus points, change in preferences and other information pertinent to the successful retention of accounts
- In addition to these typical duties, engage in other duties and special projects as assigned and required
Ability, Skill, and Knowledge Requirements:
- Strong focus on relationships, ability to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables (cases)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously
- Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
- Must be willing/able to learn the field of Dental Technology
- Previous account management experience. (Experience communicating with dental or medical professionals a plus)
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills, with close attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude and maintain a professional decorum at all times
- Demonstrated ability to meet basic job requirements and carry out basic job functions
- Ability to report to the Seneca Falls location daily
- Good time-management skills with an ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude, and professionalism
- Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
