Full time treatment coordinator and frontdesk Team member. Responsibilities include:
1) Providing pretreatment estimates to families: If a child needs treatment, through our dental software, you would determine estimated out of pocket costs associated with treatment and email parents this estimate. You would also help organize treatment consents for any treatment that is scheduled the day before.
2) Frenectomy (tongue-tie) procedure coordinator. You would help with scheduling these newborn babies working closely with doctor with the schedule. You would also help verify dental benefits of these newborns (if applicable).
3) Sedation coordinator. You would be the point person sending predeterminations for treatment to insurance companies to verify coverage and then provide parents this estimate. You would help organize the paperwork and consents leading up to sedation days. There is only one sedation day per month, with 5-7 patients.
4) During downtime help with recapturing patients who are overdue. We have dental software to make this very organized and efficient.
5) During downtime help our full time insurance coordinator look up insurance coverage for the days/weeks ahead.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
