We are an industry leader in custom fleet graphics both locally and as part of our national fulfillment programs. We provide a wide array of other graphics services and products including working with local artists in developing unique and attractive interiors, custom signs, retail displays, trade show graphics and booth designs among many other solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the graphics team, in design, print, production and install, lead by example.
  • Responsible for all design, pre-production, production, and installation of graphics.
  • Responsible for driving extreme customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for inventory, supplies and procurement.
  • Help drive growth in existing markets and expand into new markets
  • Develop and manage a succession plan for identifying and developing future leaders, not just for direct reports but for major roles at all levels within the organization.
  • Develop and manage an annual business plan with the relevant strategy and programs to meet departmental financial goals and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • All other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

  • Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
  • Requires stretching to reach items up to 50 pounds
  • Normal range of hearing and vision.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
  • Minimum 4 years Management experience.
  • Experience in Graphics Preferred, but not required
  • Must be a leader capable of motivating a staff to succeed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to understand vague and implicit instructions and react favorably in all work situations.
  • Be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people and may be frequently called upon to handle difficult situations.
  • Able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure. Have a long attention span in order to listen to people, perceive the real problems and bring issues to a successful conclusion.
  • Have the ability to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials and articulate goals and action plans.
  • Understand people and be able to communicate effectively with them.
  • Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
