Day In the Life of a Deposit Ops Team Leader:

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to become a part of our Citizens family where we partner together to deliver a simple and rewarding customer experience. The potential colleague will find themselves seeking enjoyment in identifying key pain points, blockers, and opportunities for improvements to their processes.

The colleague's agenda will be to inspire growth and development in supporting a variety of transaction types. The operator will guide and assist proficiency in systems and multiple products by enhancing overall quality in daily tasks.

The operator will be expected to guide procedural updates of key tasks with either Team Leaders or Universal Operators. Outcomes of these interactions will be documented, and opportunities, successful practices and specific times will be captured.

Attendance in daily huddles, coaching sessions and all team leadership activities are utilized for a growth influenced environment. Ability to gain experience and already have experience is equally valuable. Change can be intimidating, but with your help it doesn’t have to be!

• Resolve complex customer issues through multiple platforms
• You will be working with leaders/colleagues to identify/implement best practices to improve productivity and deliver outstanding service to our customers

Hours & Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: 8:30 - 5:00, Monday - Friday
