DEPUTY ASSESSOR: Title and Registration Clerk

Lincoln County Assessor’s Office currently has a job opening for a full-time/temporary Deputy Assessor.

The starting Wage is $15.00 an hour.

Applicants must be able to type and file efficiently and accurately, be proficient in basic bookkeeping, be able to answer phones, and serve the public respectfully and professionally. No experience necessary, will train.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Title Applications
• Registrations: New And Renewals
• Follow ITD policy and keep up with relevant changes.
• Receive And Track Building Permits And Certificate Of Occupancies
• Run, Print, And File Weekly Reports
• Maintaining County Records (File And Map Updates)
• Filing and additonal clerical tasks as needed.
