Summary of Responsibilities:

The Desktop Support Analyst provides first- and second-line technical support, troubleshoots queries, and provides excellent customer care to our internal stakeholders and clients. This position is responsible for performing installation, training, and maintaining desktop hardware and software; determining appropriate hardware/software based on corporate policy and end-user requirement; and responding to incidents within a timely manner with an appropriate level of urgency. The Desktop Support Analyst will also initiate and maintain consistent follow-up of issues with end-users, use a corporate incident management system to record and track all support work, support the teams abilities and functions through customer relations; create, maintain and publish support documentation as needed; and perform other duties as assigned

Summary of Requirements:

Ideal candidates for the Desktop Support Analyst position hold a degree in a technology-related discipline or a combination of work experience, education, and training equivalent to a four-year college degree; a minimum of one (1) year of related work experience; an in-depth knowledge of Android and Apple iOS and mobile device technologies; and the ability to lift and move desktop computers and other related technology. Scheduling flexibility is required to allow for occasional evening and weekend work. The Desktop Support Analyst must possess superior customer service skills; advanced knowledge of AV, presentation and teleconferencing equipment; strong professional experience in a Windows 10 Enterprise environment; superior analytical and problem-solving skills; and an effective ability to work within a team as well as independently. Ideal candidates must be able to express ideas in both written and oral communications, effectively lead technical teams and implement viable technical solutions. Microsoft, A+, or other industry certifications are preferred but not required.
