WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

- Wages $20-$33/hr.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a member of the Paint and Body Shop Team, The Detailer/Painter Assistant will be assisting with bodywork, priming, sanding, blocking, skimming, and masking. Will also use body shop tools and spray equipment in addition to fillers, resins, epoxy, polyurethane and urethane primers. Other expectations may include:
- Cut and buff parts
- Correct runs, sags, dirt etc.
- Prep for spot-ins
- Mask parts for paint prep
- Minor blocking and bodywork
- Maintain records and paperwork as required
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bodywork and paint experience on aircraft or in the automotive field is required.
- Able to work as part of a team with a great attitude
- High standards for following instructions, detailed work, and work quality
- Able to stand for extended periods and move about the facility as needed
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, and driven individual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
