The Armed Services YMCA is looking for a new Development Operation Manager to join its team. This clutch player will own and manage the systems, processes and reporting for the organization’s fundraising and development team.

What you will do:
It takes money to fuel our mission. If selected, you will come to work every day knowing you are directly helping member of the military and their families by fostering, enabling, and growing donors and funders for our cause. This critical team player will:
- Oversee incoming gifts processing & stewardship systems
- Manage all operational aspects of the Development department, ensuring data is entered into the system of record correctly and that donors are thanked in a timely manner
- Lead the department’s CRM system improvements as well as identifying and championing various tech solutions that support fundraising goals
- Track foundation proposals and reports and supplementary materials to ensure that necessary internal and external deadlines are met for institutional funding
- Work with Finance team to turn financial data into formats requested by foundations and the executive team
- Support direct marketing program by pulling data and reports as needed.
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to vendors and executive team that demonstrate the progress of key investments and campaigns.
- Coordinate pledges and accounts payable with finance
- Manage monthly and annual revenue projections with our Finance team and track campaign/donor performance for CDO
- Support fundraising events as needed
- Other duties as assigned
What you will need to have to do it:
- 3-5 years of experience in an operations role. Nonprofit experience highly preferred.
- Tech savvy with proven experience becoming an expert in a system in a previous role. CRM or database management experience highly preferred.
- Excellent English / writing skill
- Great time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fast learner, aggressive in picking up new responsibilities
- Flexible team player who works well with others and willing to accept direction and supervision

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
