Wall Residences is growing! Do you love to make a difference in the lives of people who experience disabilities? Wall Residences is seeking a Developmental Disability Services Program Manager for the Central Virginia area to include Lynchburg, Madison Heights, and Amherst.

A successful Program Manager candidate will have:

• Clinical background with working knowledge of person-centered service development and positive behavior supports
• The ability to develop supportive relationships with Direct Support Professional Staff as well as with individuals who receive services and their families
• A background connecting people to meaningful community activities

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Development with at least one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities (DD) and two years’ experience supervising employees is required. Must be willing to travel.

Telecommuting position with some flexibility. Home office and internet access required. Program Managers are provided with a computer, phone, company car, and access to excellent training.

Hiring dependent on references and criminal background check free of barrier crimes, and an active driver’s license with acceptable driving record required that meets the following guidelines:

· Minimum of 3 years of driving experience

· No more than 2 moving violations or accidents within past 3 years

· No major violations within past 5 years

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
