As a Digital Account Manager on Team Finance, you’ll be a crucial part of the growth and overall success of the Dotdash Meredith Finance revenue organization. You will join a motivated team who are responsible for managing the success of digital ad campaigns from start to finish; including developing strategic media plans, gathering creative assets, and monitoring campaign delivery & performance. You will apply an analytical mindset and remain solutions-oriented while assisting top clients in the financial industry to achieve their advertising goals. You will act as the primary point of contact for all campaign-related inquiries, both internally and externally. This role will report to an Associate Director, Account Management. About Your Contributions:

  • Responsible for the delivery and performance of advertising campaigns across multiple formats, including display, native, custom content, direct response, and email
  • Build media plans and manage RFP deliverables such as plan revisions & rate negotiations
  • Manage campaign setup process, including IO review, financial and legal approval
  • Diligently monitor campaigns, proactively identify areas of opportunity or risk, and resolve potential discrepancies
  • Communicate directly with clients and provide first-class service in reaching their campaign goals
  • Work closely with Ad Operations for flawless order implementation and technical troubleshooting
  • Conduct analyses to determine the best advertising inventory and packaging to include in client proposals to maximize revenue and win rate
  • Run weekly meetings with sales reps to review metrics and provide optimization & upsell recommendations
  • Work with internal teams, including Sales Marketing and Campaign Analytics, to provide campaign wrap-up reports
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our ad products and targeting capabilities
  • Contribute to monthly forecast, end-of-month billing, and 3rd party reconciliation

About You:

  • 2-3 years digital media and/or account management experience
  • Prior experience with Google Ad Manager or other ad servers
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and campaigns with conflicting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Must be a self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks
  • Must be enthusiastic, friendly and work well under pressure
  • Familiarity with performance marketing a plus
  • Familiarity with native and/or content campaign execution a plus
Pay Range: $58,500 to $77,000
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith’s total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Dotdash Meredith provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
