Overview
This company's Cross Channel Marketing Team (XCM) is looking for an experienced, Digital Asset Manager. This role will partner in XCM Tech Ops soft launch of the XCM DAM. Initial deliverable will be assisting in the rollout and soft launch of the DAM. This will include driving adoption through interaction with customers, management of assets (ingest, clean up, tagging, collections creation), user governance, creation of documentation, capturing of bugs or workflow issues, and partnering with L6 Sr. DAM lead on daily/weekly/monthly tasks. 3-9 month deliverables will be identifying workflow improvement opportunities and creating and executing process driven work inside of the DAM. Flexible around hire date as we are targeting the correct hire for long assignment.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years working inside of a professional DAM system, asset management (tagging, naming, metadata), user governance, asset lifecycle (archive, usage, expirations), permissions & security policies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Digital Asset Management, Independent/Autonomous, Self Starter, Meticulous around details, ability to juggle multiple priorities, ability to handle high volume asset management. Adobe Suite, Tenovos, Smartsheet, BOX, Figma
