The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for the optimization and support of digital experiences related to personalization, recommendations, and search.. This team member works with cross functional teams such as Product, Merchandising and 3rd Party Vendors to optimize experiences and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs analysis of all owned Digital Experiences, using data to track progress, improvement, and identify future areas of opportunity using GA, Adobe Analytics, LogRocket and Qualtrics

  • Works with BI/Web Analytics and Adobe Target partners to test improving member experiences across all owned digital touchpoints

  • Research competitor sites and stay up to date on industry best practices to ensure a best-in-class Digital experience for our members

  • Specializes in ownership of part of the front end or back end Digital Experience portfolio including but not limited to: Digital Content Strategy, Responsive and App Content Operations, SMS and Transactional E-mail support, 3rd Party Feature Integration, Content and Article Enrichment

  • Proficiency in tools and processes necessary to maintain areas of ownership (including but not limited to Excel, WCS Management Center, GroupBy, Branding Brand, Monday.com, PowerReviews, Kibo Personalization, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

  • Maintain documentation and best practices for all areas of ownership, to be available for reference and in use of training cross-functional partners, vendors (as needed), and new hires

  • Cross functional partner to both Digital and non-Digital stakeholders

  • Support special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree required

  • 3 years of experience in eCommerce/retail

  • Well developed analytical, and verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to problem solve and offer solution-based feedback

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, experience working with large, complex data sets


Strongly Desired:

  • Proficiency Excel, CMS Tools (such as Groupby (search) and Kibo Commerce (recommendations)
