JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for assisting in the production and coordination of digital marketing deliverables, with primary focus on email execution for the Scholastic Book Fairs team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing in the full lifecycle of digital campaigns. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Keeping multiple email calendars, email journey maps, and reference materials organized and current
- Uploading email templates to Salesforce, and maintaining the Salesforce template library
- Ensuring email copy docs are always clean, accurate and up-to-date. Related tasks include ensuring accurate personalization, tracking codes and urls are implemented for seamless transfer to design team
- QA’ing email tests, and continually reviewing quality, accuracy and deployment of live automated campaigns
- Managing small-scale email campaign projects from brief creation to deployment; communicating with creative team, deployment team and stakeholders as the voice of authority on the project
- Other digital marketing duties as assigned
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / SKILLS
- Minimum 2-years’ experience performing digital marketing support functions in a corporate setting
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to complete tasks with efficiency
- Experience with email and paid media campaign management
- Experience in project management tools such as Basecamp or Asana
- Data and metrics oriented
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and site analytics tool preferred
- Strong writing and copyediting skills
- Team player with strong customer service skills.
- Bachelor's degree
